Welcome to Label Zivara ! We want you to have the best shopping experience with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED FOR UNSTITCHED MATERIALS.

Exchange Policy – Size Issues Only

As a gesture of support to our customers, We provide size exchange for ready made garments . But unfortunately we will not be able to provide size exchange for PREORDER garments. So please check this guide

We accept exchanges strictly for size issues only.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must raise the request within 1 day of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition AND UNSOILED.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

  • Return shipping to our address is to be arranged by the customer

Note: If the desired size is unavailable, the customer may select an alternate apparel or we will issue a store credit.


No Returns for Any Other Reasons

We do not accept returns under any circumstances other than size exchange.

We do not accept returns for unstitched materials or preorder products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor colour variation due to lighting or device screen differences

  • Dislike of fabric texture or feel

  • Shipping delays by courier partners

  • Cancellation of personal events, travel delays, or any unavoidable situation

We encourage you to check the size chart and clarify your doubts with us before placing an order.

Refund Policy

We do not offer cash, bank, or digital refunds under any condition.

In cases where an exchange is not feasible:

  • A store credit will be issued

  • Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue

  • Store credits can be used only on our website and are non-transferable

  • Forward and reverse shipping has to be borne by the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Products

Please note, we cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Custom-stitched or altered garments

  • Preorder products
  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories and innerwear (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Unstitched materials

SIZE EXCHANGE PROCESS:

  1. Exchange is accepted only once per order.

    Repeat or multiple exchanges for the same product/order are not permitted.

  2. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

    The customer must ship the product back to our return address using a reliable courier service.

  3. Re-shipping charges are applicable for all exchanges.

    Once the exchange product is confirmed, the customer must pay the re-shipping fee for dispatching the new item.

  4. Exchange options will be provided only after we receive the returned product.

    The customer may choose from the products available at the time we receive the returned item. Availability of the same product cannot be guaranteed and can be exchanged only to the available items present at the time of the receiving of the return parcel.

  5. Store credit will not be provided.

    We only offer product-to-product exchanges as per availability

RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE is the sole decision of the Label Zivara Team and cannot be influenced by any other external factors.
