Shipping Policy – Label Zivara (Fabric Wing of Zivara Fashion)

At Label Zivara, we take utmost care to ensure that your fabric orders are packed securely and delivered safely, both within India and internationally. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship PAN India to all serviceable PIN codes across the country.

  • We also ship internationally to select countries. International shipping is available both through our website and through direct WhatsApp-based orders.


2. Shipping Partners

All parcels are shipped using trusted third-party courier service providers to ensure reliability and timely delivery.
Our courier partners include:

  1. Professional Couriers

  2. DTDC

  3. Delhivery

  4. Blue Dart

For every order, the shipping partner is chosen based on serviceability of the delivery location to minimize delays or confusion during delivery.

Our official delivery partner for domestic and international logistics is:
AK Express and Cargo, Chennai, India.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (Within India):
    ₹ 100 (flat prepaid shipping charge) applies to all orders across India.

  • International Orders:
    Shipping charges are weight-based and will be calculated at checkout or communicated over WhatsApp during order confirmation.

Please note that shipping is prepaid for both domestic and international orders.


4. Address & Contact Information

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate address with building name, street, area, city, state, and PIN code.

  • Kindly verify that the phone number entered is valid and reachable before checkout.

  • For deliveries to apartments, gated communities, or office addresses, please make sure that security staff, reception, house help, or neighbors do not miscommunicate or incorrectly mark the delivery status.

If the shipping address or phone number is incomplete or incorrect, the parcel may be delayed or held until correct details are shared.


5. Indian Contact Number Requirement

For orders with international customers shipping to India:
Please enter a valid Indian contact number for delivery.
If an international number is provided, our team will contact you to obtain an Indian number.
Until a valid Indian number is received, the order will remain in an unfulfilled/holding state.


6. Delivery Timelines & Delays

We strive to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
However, actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Location and courier serviceability

  • Local holidays or weather conditions

  • Courier operational delays

If your order is delayed beyond 14 working days from the expected delivery date, you may raise a complaint with our support team.
Complaints regarding shipping delays will be logged only after 14 working days.


7. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery:

  • The order will not qualify for cancellation or refund.

  • The customer may be required to pay re-shipment charges for re-delivery.

Please ensure availability at the shipping address provided.


8. Local Pickup (Chennai Only)

We offer a local pickup option for customers who wish to collect their parcels directly from our warehouse in Chennai.

  • This option is available only within Chennai city.

  • We do not have physical stores or pickup facilities in any other city.

  • Please select this option only if you can self-pickup from our Chennai warehouse.


9. International Shipments

  • International orders can be placed through our website or directly through WhatsApp orders.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are not within the control or scope of Label Zivara or the courier partner.
    These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs laws and must be borne by the customer.

  • In the rare event of loss or major damage, we will provide the customer with the customer care contact of the respective logistics partner so they may coordinate directly for claim resolution.

11. Important Notes

  • All orders are shipped only after full payment confirmation (prepaid basis).

  • Delivery timelines mentioned are indicative and subject to courier performance.

  • Label Zivara reserves the right to modify courier partners, shipping charges, or delivery options without prior notice.

  • This shipping policy is to be read in conjunction with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Label Zivara will not be entitled for any refund for wrong delivery update by courier partner or loss of package , until the courier agency confirms on the loss and agrees to refund Label Zivara about the same. Only after the confirmation by the courier agency , the customer will be intimated and store credit will be processed. The customers are requested to cooperate the extended timeline about the investigation process and also extend their fullest cooperation for better resolution
